How is my gift delivered?
You can send a gift in 4-ways.
・ Text (MMS): Enter the recipient's mobile phone number and the gift will be delivered in real time.
・ Share Link: This is a method of forwarding a link directly to the recipient. You can re-share the link of the gift from 'Sent gift box' whenever you want.
・ Email: Enter the recipient's email address and the gift will be delivered in real time.
・ Gift Delivery: The gift is delivered to the recipient. It takes about 3-5 days from the date of order, and you can check the delivery status in 'Sent gift box'.

What payment methods are available?
You can pay using major credit and debit cards (Visa, Master, Amex, JCB, etc.), Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

In case of gifts sent to Korea, refunds are only available for gift cards that have not been used and gifts that have not been shipped.
However, unlike Korea, gift cards sent to the US/Canada are not refundable after purchase. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.

Refund for gifts sent to Korea
1. Unused gift card refund
Refunds can be made to the person who placed the order before the expiration date by contacting Soda Gift Customer Center support@sodagift.com, an affiliate of WireBarley.
2. Refund for shipping gifts that have not been requested for shipping
Since the request for delivery is made at 5:00 pm Western time (9:00 am on weekdays in Korea time), orders cannot be canceled or refunded after that time. It is difficult to exchange or refund due to simple change of mind or order error, so please check before ordering. If there is something wrong with the product you received, please contact Soda Gift Customer Center support@sodagift.com within 7 days from the delivery date.
